Product Description

CP 3000 is a mixed type weighbridge of both concrete and steel. The basic 18x3m platform consists of 3 modules. Each module’s main body comprises a side bent plate of 6 x 0,3 meter. On both edges there is a plate and all the mechanism to support the load cells and the load cell’s cover plate. The load cells are top accessible. On the same load cell supporting plate, long reinforcement bars are factory welded. So when rest of reinforcement and concrete is placed by customer on site, a good strength of total structure is assured. Also load cell cable plastic pipe is included in the structure.

All metallic parts are painted with 1 layer of primer and 2 layers of paint. Installation is done by the usual and common way, a nylon sheet is placed on foundations, then the weighbridge CP3000 parts are very easily and quickly screwed on site. Then reinforcement bars are placed and concrete is poured on site usually by customer. Once concrete is strong, through jacks, platform is lifted and appropriate wooden bars are placed as distance retainer. Then load cells and load cells foundation plates are placed on site through chemical bolts, as usual. After finishing, the wooden bars are removed.
